COVID opening guidelines PDF Print E-mail
CBI is opening its doors to our congregational family.

We recognize that the coronavirus has not gone away, and there is risk associated with venturing out in public.  However, we also believe that it is important to offer our congregants the opportunity to pray and learn together in person – in a safe and appropriate manner given the circumstances

What we have done:
  • Shampooed the carpets.
  • Cleaned the chairs.
  • Sanitized high touch surfaces.
  • Opened the floating walls to eliminate congestion.
  • Placed hand sanitizer throughout the building.
  • Purchased face masks for you to use.
  • Established a schedule to rotate the prayer books we use.
  • Reserved the side sections of the sanctuary for Saturday morning services.
  • Placed round tables with 4 chairs each in the auditorium for oneg and Torah study.
What we ask of you:
  • Wear a mask.
  • Use hand sanitizer.
  • Sit with your group and stay at least 6 feet away from other groups.
  • Stay home if you are sick.
This is YOUR temple.  You are welcome to stay after services, but please maintain appropriate physical distancing.  We will provide bottled water/cans of soda and some individually wrapped plates, but we are not yet comfortable offering a traditional oneg buffet.

Live Stream:
We will continue to live stream all of our services and programs so that anyone who is unable or uncomfortable attending in person can still pray with us and be a part of our K’hillah kedoshah, our holy community.
